Message: I was so very lucky when a friend had a spare ticket to come and see you in Runcorn. I have to be honest I hadn't seen you since the heady days of the 'Real' Marillion. The band died when you left. I moved on and listened to your solo material but never got to see you until 11/11/08.
That night took me back to some very happy times. You were as amazing as I remembered you to be and it made my year to see you in the flesh again. I very much look forward to coming again.
Your genius has not gone and your greatness has got better.
Good Luck with the rest of your tour your band is amazing too and hope to get the opportunity to see you again soon.

Message: I eagerly await the "new" Early Years CD's arrival. As I headed home early this morning I caught the tail end of Kayleigh on the radio. That took me back many years and thousands of (s)miles. I've been listening to you since the show at Aylesbury, when Peter Hammill opened for you. 13TH Star is brilliant and I love your covers on Songs From the Mirror. Enough gushing for now, though.

Message: Fish (Derek)

I saw you last night in Runcorn ( 11/11) and despite the typical drunken scouser's interrupting you i enjoyed the evening.

I love your music with Marillion ( Sugar Mice is one of the greatest rock tracks ever) and I enjoy much of what Marillion have done since your departure - Seasons End would have been even better with you fully on board!!

That all said I left last night with the overwhelming feeling that the only real credibility for you and Marillion is for a reformation ... its what the fans want , its what the media want and if Steve Hogarth is honest to himself it is the natural way forward

I am sure it will never happen but in the day and age of Cla**ic Rock bands getting it back on I believe it should happen as it is a tragedy that someone of your talent/ charisma and a band of Marillion's musicianship ( Steve Rothery in particular)are playing to relatively small crowds and missing out on the spotlight that you all still deserve

With kind regards

Message: Dear Fish,
It's been about 15 years that I listen to your music, I have something like 30 CDs of you, and I just can't have the littlest interest in other singers. Probably that I'm just a crazy Frog (yes I'm french, sorry!), but there's no doubt that you are the most talented poet of our modern time. So, thank you for being so unique, MISTER Fish !
PS: I presently live in Gabon (West Africa), I guess there's no chance that you ever come to this place ? bad luck for me...
